What time is check in?

3 p.m. every day.

What is required to check in?

A credit card is required for all arriving reservations. Please note, if you are using a debit card, a hold will be placed on the card upon check in for the total amount of room, tax and anticipated incidentals (an additional $75 per day).

What time is check out?

11 a.m.

Can I check out late?

Call the front desk and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Is there parking?

Valet parking is available for $20 per day and there is a self-parking lot available at a rate of $16 per day.

Where can I work out?

Our 4th floor fitness center is open 24 hours and is accessible with your key card. We also offer YMCA passes for $5 per day.

Is there a spa available?

We have a spa and salon onsite to keep you relaxed and looking your best.

Is there any way to do laundry?

We offer same day laundry valet every day except Sunday. Just drop your laundry off by 8 a.m. at the front desk or call to have it picked up. We’ll have it back to you by 4 p.m. and place it in your armoire.

Can I bring my pet?

Of course! There is a one-time pet fee of $45.
